Nassau Lax On Group Training Lacrosse
The Lax On Training Difference
All Coaches certified Speed & Agility and Certified Strength & Conditioning. All Master Coaches are former collegiate women's lacrosse coaches.
Every training includes Skill, Strength & Speed - Our program is lower number of players to ensure higher rep counts for proper instruction and the ability to build muscle memory through high rep, high intensity workouts that make you a stronger, faster, and more skilled lacrosse player.
1:8 coaching ratio always to ensure proper training and technique are taught as well as lots of rep counts with the ball ( we do not like lines!)
It is a smaller setting training ( we only take 15 players and 1 goalie) this is a non-club training program that was developed to take your game to the next level but not always playing with the same people and being able to play with players who are in the same mindset and level as you. Many of our training players have landed on collegiate rosters and had more confidence on the field. Our group training represented over 5 different club programs this past year and is developed to program speed, agility, and rep counts. Players are broken up by ability and experience.
